Seth Carey elected in SGA VP runoff, Jamie Keiser voted as secretary

Seth Carey and Jamie Keiser have been elected to the vice president and secretary roles for the 2014-2015 school year respectively in SGA’s runoff elections held Thursday.Carey said he is happy his hard work has paid off. “It feels great,” Carey said. For his first actions in-office, Carey said he looks to continue the work of the incumbent officers, zeroing in on an initiative to place water stations on campus. “The first thing I’d want to look to do is to see what the executives had in place from last year and just to see, kind of,  what they want to continue and what they kind of hit a dead end on,” Carey said. “A big thing that we’ve been working on is water stations across campus, so that’s the first thing we definitely want to take a look at just to see if that’s still possible.” Wednesday, Drew Watson was voted SGA president, and Melissa Parrish was voted as treasurer.
